Forgiveness

Image
Forgiveness is a word that we can have much discussion on these days. We live in a world where complete strangers have been known to fuss and cuss people out, over a parking space or someone passing them or getting in front of them on the highway. If all of that is bad enough, there are friends who have been friends for years that have fallen out over one thing or another and thrown a friendship away and even family members have had fallings out and stop speaking to one another.  Pride is behind it all and God’s word clearly warns us that pride will destroy.  “Pride goeth before destruction, And an haughty spirit before a fall.” Proverbs‬ ‭16‬:‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Sadly people have allowed pride to steal their peace, joy, friendships and tear apart families because of their pride and their refusal to forgive.  Jesus was beaten, spit on and crucified by the very people he came to save and yet He forgave. “And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, a

God’s Way Is The Only Way!

God’s Way Is  The Only Way! _____________ ‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭1‬-‭6‬ ‭AMP “Do not let your heart be troubled (afraid, cowardly). Believe [confidently] in God and trust in Him, [have faith, hold on to it, rely on it, keep going and] believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places. If it were not so, I would have told you, because I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back again and I will take you to Myself, so that where I am you may be also. And [to the place] where I am going, you know the way.” Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going; so how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” ‭‭ We can’t get to Heaven on our terms, it has to be on God’s terms! We must repent of our sins and accept Jesus as Lord, Master and Savior of our lives and allow Him to have full control of our l

Father God Please Move Among Your People

Image
https://ifapray.org/blog/lord-put-prayer-back-in-schools/ Dear Heavenly Father, we need You to move in our schools again. Our children need salvation, protection, and identity in You. Please help Christians all over the nation mobilize so we can get corporate prayer back in public schools, in Jesus’ name. This article was submitted hours before the tragic shooting in Uvalde, Texas. Is there any doubt that our schools need prayer? Do you want State Prayer Alerts? As we approach the 60 th anniversary of Engel v. Vitale— the June 25, 1962 Supreme Court decision which removed school-sponsored prayer from schools—I am reminded of this Scripture: View Comments (41) “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded

The World Doesn’t Have The Answer!

Image
The World Doesn’t Have The Answer! The world has gravitated to so many things that don’t matter and don’t count for anything. Many things such as music, ideology and ways of life have been constructed in ways contrary to God and His word and Satan has made these things appealing and seemingly harmless, but yet anything that is contrary to God and His word is harmful. “My son, forget not my law; But let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, And peace, shall they add to thee. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: Bind them about thy neck; Write them upon the table of thine heart: So shalt thou find favour and good understanding In the sight of God and man. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: Fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, And marrow to thy bones.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3:1-8‬ ‭KJV‬‬ To

Peace To The End

For the Christian, the times we are living in should be times of joy and enthusiasm because our Savior is soon to return and we should have an urgency to warn people to repent and follow Christ, but we shouldn’t have any fear as those who don’t know the truth and have no hope.  Reading our Bibles and getting understanding of what it declares for the hour we are living in will give us the peace and renewed hope needed to reach our destiny and to one day hear, well done though good and faithful servant.  Pay less/no attention to negative news and predictions and pay close attention to the word of our God and be ready because He’s truly coming soon! ——————————————————— “Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let your joy overflow! And let gentleness be seen in every relationship, for our Lord is ever near. Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with

RAPTURE (The Catching Away Of The Church)

Image
RAPTURE  (The Catching Away Of The Church) The word Rapture means to be caught up, or the catching away. For years many of us have heard about the rapture and how Jesus would come back for the body of Christ.  To those who haven’t read God’s word or aren’t following Christ, this may seem very far fetched and even though scripture does not actually contain the word Rapture, it does contain scripture that reference the the meaning of the word Rapture. “But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in

Tuesday Morning! You are loved! Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith. Galatians 6:7-10 It can be sobering to think about life as a field of our own planting, and what’s in our field is determined by the type of seed we have chosen to sow. What if we selected the wrong “seed” but don’t realize it until years later, when we’re standing in a field filled with mature “plants” that are causing us pain and difficulty? In this agricultural analogy of sowing and reaping, there are only two types of seeds—those that originate from our sinful desires and those that originate from t
